Account
How do I create an account?+
Click "Get started" in the top-right and fill in your email, name, and a password (8 chars minimum). You'll receive an email verification link — click it to activate your account.
I forgot my password.+
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link valid for one hour.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?+
Sign in, go to Profile → Security (2FA), scan the QR code with any TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.), and confirm the code. You'll get backup codes — store them somewhere safe.
Can I change my email address?+
Yes — Profile → Email. We'll send a verification link to the new address and a security alert to the old one.
Wallet & funding
How do I top up my wallet?+
Go to Wallet → Add funds. You can pay by bank transfer or by sending crypto. The wizard walks you through three steps: enter amount, complete the transfer, then submit proof of payment. An admin reviews and credits your account, usually within minutes during business hours.
How long does a top-up take to confirm?+
Bank transfers usually confirm within 30 minutes during business hours. Crypto is typically faster — once we see the transaction on-chain.
Can I get a refund?+
Wallet credits are non-refundable once added, but you can spend them on anything across the platform.
Subscriptions & plans
What's included in each plan?+
See the Pricing page for the current breakdown. In short: Starter is bare-essentials, Standard adds AI services, Basic adds advanced analytics.
Can I change my plan?+
Yes — pick a new plan at any time. The price difference is prorated.
What happens when my subscription expires?+
You'll get email reminders 7 days and 48 hours before expiry. After expiry, plan-gated features (like AI runs) become unavailable until you renew. Your data is kept.
AI services
Which AI models are supported?+
Audio: ElevenLabs, Suno. Image: Google Nano-Banana (+ Pro), OpenAI GPT-Image-1 (+ 1.5). Video: Google Veo 3.1, OpenAI Sora 2 (+ Pro), xAI Grok Imagine.
How does AI billing work?+
Each model has a fixed price per generation. The cost is deducted from your wallet when you submit the job. If the upstream provider fails, you're refunded.
My AI job is stuck on "queued" — what happened?+
Async generations (most video models) take a few minutes. If it stays queued for over 10 minutes, the upstream API is probably down. Refresh the job page; if it's marked failed, you'll get an automatic refund.
Payments processing
What payment providers can I accept?+
Crypto: Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Bybit, Blockchain.com, Bitcoin, Luno, VALR, Roqqu, XT, SuperEx, Yellow Card, Bitso, Bitget, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, plus generic crypto/altcoin. Fiat: PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, GCash.
Do I get a receipt?+
Yes — every transaction has a receipt page and a downloadable PDF.
Can I see my transaction history?+
Transactions → History.

How do I contact support?+
Open a ticket from the Support page in your dashboard. Replies arrive in your in-app inbox and via email.
Where can I request a feature?+
Use the Features → Request page. We read every submission.
